These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our web application, services, and associated platforms (collectively, the "Service"), provided by JapaRuns ("we", "us", or "our"). 1. Services Offered

   JapaRuns provides a digital platform for users to request and manage errands and tasks to be executed in Nigeria by a network of verified local service providers.

2. Account Registration

   To use certain functionalities of our Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. User Responsibilities

   When using JapaRuns, you agree to:

   • Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself and your requests.

4. Fees and Payments

   JapaRuns uses an escrow payment system to secure the transactions between users and service providers. Payments are only released to service providers once the service is completed to the customer's satisfaction.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

   The content, arrangement, and layout of the Service, including but not limited to, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, and interactive features and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein are owned by JapaRuns or licensed to us and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under international conventions.

6. Prohibited Uses

   In your use of the Service, you will not:

   • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
   • Transmit anything that is illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation, pornographic, indecent, profane, obscene, hateful, or racially or ethnically offensive.
   • Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages.
   • Transmit any viruses, corrupted data, or other harmful, disruptive, or destructive files.
7. Termination

   We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

   In no event will JapaRuns, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
